  • Every year, for several years, one student of Mentaid has received the “Best Student Award” from the Department of Mass Education Extension & Library Services, Govt. Of West Bengal.
  • Mentaid was awarded SPANDAN AWARD - Special Jury Felicitation held at New Delhi by National Trust of India, 2014.
  • Supriya Saha, the only woman athlete from West Bengal, won a Gold Medal in the 400 m walk at the Special Olympics - World Summer Games 2015, Los Angeles, U.S.A.
  • Mentaid was awarded the Dr. Reeta Peshawaria – Menon, Smt. Premlata Peshawaria National Award at The National Parents Meet at Jallandhar, on 12th November 2016.
  • Mentaid was awarded “The Best Institution for outstanding performance in rehabilitation of persons with Disability” by the Government of West Bengal, department of Women & Child & Social Welfare on 3rd December, 2018.
  • One young woman, Priyanka Neogi received an Award as “Role Model” from Office of the Commissioner, Disabilities, on 2nd December 2024.
  • Another young man Sayak Das also received an award for outstanding Creative adult from the office of the Commissioner, disabilities on 2nd December 2024.
